2006 Zinfandel
“The 2006 Dono dal Cielo Zinfandel is a classic
Zinfandel, reminiscent of the great Zinfandels from
the late 70’s and 80’s. Not your typical heavy,
high alcohol, over-extracted Zinfandel, it
highlights brighter fruit notes with aromas and
flavors of cinnamon, allspice and anise,” explains
our winemaker
Derek Irwin,
“Fruit component is ripe plum, strawberry preserves,
raspberry and cherry cola. Good acidity and balance
with light to moderate tannin.”
